BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few good questions.

Can you work with an existing listing?

Yes. We can review your current listing, photos, calendar, and operating setup, then agree on what needs to be updated. We coordinate changes to avoid overlapping reservations or unnecessary disruption.

Do you receive my rental payouts?

No. Booking payouts go directly to your designated bank or Stripe account. You pay property costs and receive a separate Kasitas service invoice.

What does the $250 onboarding fee cover?

Standard listing and system setup: the initial review, listing creation or optimization, house rules and guest instructions, guidebook, calendar and pricing configuration, guest-message setup, and access coordination where applicable. Photography, furnishings, vendor charges, supplies, and substantial setup projects are separate.

Can I use my own cleaners and maintenance providers?

We can review your existing team during the consultation. The agreed plan sets out scheduling, access, quality expectations, and who approves and pays for their work.

Can I stay in my property?

Yes. Coordinate personal stays in advance so the dates can be checked against confirmed bookings and blocked on the calendar. Notice requirements are set out in your agreement.

How are repairs and emergency visits handled?

We agree on approval limits, emergency contacts, and escalation arrangements during onboarding. Owners pay repair and vendor costs. Visits or work outside the agreed service scope may carry additional fees, as described in the proposal and agreement.

How quickly can my listing go live?

We set a realistic launch plan after reviewing readiness, photos, access, account setup, and any required work. A ready-to-rent home and a furnishing project need different timelines.

What information should I send first?

Start with the property’s city, bedrooms, current listing status, and the support you need. We collect detailed property documents and account-access arrangements privately during onboarding. Do not send passwords, access codes, banking details, or sensitive documents through the public inquiry form.
